Farm Fresh Products

Fresh or Frozen whole chickens will be available October 12th. Join us at Fall Fest on the Farm or call to reserve and arrange pickup.

Our fresh, pasture-raised poultry is available seasonally from May through October. Advanced orders are strongly encouraged, however, products may also be purchased on-farm, pending availability. All orders must be picked up at Patch of Heaven Farm.

  • Asst. Pork and Beef Cuts

    Pastured pork and grass fed beef. Limited quantities available.

  • Whole chickens, Fresh or Frozen

    $4/lb

    Pasture raised. Hormone and antibiotic free. Average 3-5 pounds.

    Next available: October 12th.

  • Chicken Livers

    Fresh chicken livers. Approximately 1 pound per package.

  • Chicken Hearts

  • Chicken Necks

    Fresh chick necks. Makes excellent stock. 1-2 pounds per package.

    Excellent base for healthy, homemade bone broth.
